Absolutely beautiful set of six (6) Danish oak dining chairs attributed to Henning Kjaernulf (circa 1960s-70s). The light oak frame features wonderful rustic carving on the front legs and tops of the back giving a simple but impactful design embellishment. The seats and back are upholstered in a deep green linen with ochre and moss stripes, and fastened with antiqued brass tacks.
These are elegant and warm - a wonderful design combination. All chairs are in good vintage condition with no tears or rips in the upholstery. The wood frames are all intact with no major gouges or stress fractures. Some sun fading to the upholstery on two of the chairs.
